1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of this website, our customer portal at app.kingpesttx.com, our SMS service-notification program, and the pest-control services provided by King Pest Solutions, LLC ("King Pest Solutions", "we", "us"). By using the site, the portal, or our services, you agree to these terms. Specific service engagements may be covered by a separate written estimate or agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these terms.

2. Services & estimates

• Estimates are free and are based on the information available at the time; the final price may change if conditions at the property differ.
• Scheduling is confirmed by our staff. Please give us reasonable notice to cancel or reschedule a visit.
• We are a licensed, certified, and bonded pest-control company; services are performed with industry-grade products following label and safety requirements.

3. Customer portal

• Portal accounts (for customers and property managers) are personal — keep your login credentials confidential and notify us of any unauthorized use.
• You agree to provide accurate information (including unit and contact details) and to use the portal only to manage services at properties you are authorized to manage or occupy.
• We may suspend accounts that misuse the portal or attempt to access other customers' data.

4. SMS notifications

Text notifications are an opt-in service governed by the disclosures shown at sign-up and by our Privacy Policy. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, START to re-subscribe, or HELP for assistance. Delivery is not guaranteed by carriers; missing a notification does not change a scheduled service.

5. Website content

Site content (text, images, logos) belongs to King Pest Solutions, LLC or its licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission. The site is provided "as is"; we work to keep information accurate but do not warrant that it is error-free.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, King Pest Solutions, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website, portal, or notification program. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or the terms of a signed service agreement.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Venue for any dispute is the courts of Hidalgo County, Texas.
